What exactly is a masked credit card?
On Cluck.us, a masked credit or debit card refers to an image of your physical payment card in which only the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card number are visible. The remaining middle numbers must be completely covered or blurred to protect your full card number.
Why is this needed?
To verify the source of your Gold Coin purchases and comply with anti-fraud and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies, we may require you to upload a photo of each card used to make deposits.
Masking instructions:
-
Front of the card:
Show only the first 6 and last 4 digits
Cover the middle 6 digits completely
Ensure the cardholder name and expiration date are visible -
Back of the card:
Do NOT show the CVV (3-digit security code)
Where to upload:
Submit the masked card photo(s) via the Documents section of your account profile page.
Never send an unmasked or fully visible card image. Uploads that reveal the full card number or CVV may be rejected for your security.
