Can I redeem CB Coins for prizes?

Yes. Cluck Bucks (CB) earned through Promotional Play Mode can be redeemed for real cash prizes, subject to verification and minimum redemption thresholds.

Redemption Requirements:

1. Redeemable CB Only
   Only Redeemable Cluck Bucks—CB that were won through gameplay—can be exchanged for cash.

   • CB received via login, bonus, or AMOE are initially marked as Unplayed CB.

   • Once used to enter a game, any winnings from those CB become Redeemable CB.

2. Verified Account
   You must complete KYC verification, which includes submitting your name, date of birth, and proof of identity (e.g., government-issued ID) via our third-party provider (Sumsub).

3. Minimum Balance
   You must have at least 50 Redeemable CB in your account to request a redemption.

   • 1 CB = $1 USD

   • Minimum redemption = $50 USD

4. State Eligibility
   Redemption is only available to users physically located in permitted states. Users in excluded states (Connecticut, Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, New York, and Washington) are blocked from participating in CB gameplay.
